GLB(Generic Logic Block)
A block of data stored on disk or tape. The block of data has an address for retrieval or rewriting. The term logical block is generally used to refer to physical device data addressing from the perspective of the host. In storage devices, it is often necessary to convert the logical block address provided to the host into the physical media address where the corresponding data is actually stored.
