TOP_DOWN

TOP_DOWN: top-down, is a hierarchical and structured modern integrated circuit design method. Construct the system with a high level of abstraction first, and then design the lower level unit. Bottom-up design flow: A design method that builds the bottom unit first, and then builds a larger system from the bottom unit.
