The Virtex-4 ML461 Memory Interfaces Tool Kit provides a complete development platform to interface with external memory devices for designing and verifying applications based on the Virtex-4 LX FPGA family. This kit allows designers to implement high-speed applications with extreme flexibility using IP cores and customized modules. The Virtex-4 LX FPGA, with its column-based architecture, makes it possible to develop highly flexible memory interface applications.
The Virtex-4 ML461 Memory Interfaces Tool Kit includes the following:
• Virtex-4 ML461 Memory Interfaces Development Board (XC4VLX25-FF668 FPGA)
• 5V/6.5 A DC power supply
• Country-specific power supply line cord
• RS-232 serial cable, DB9-F to DB9-F
• Documentation and reference design CD-ROM

FCRAM-II memory is not supported any longer on the ML461 board.
